After completing the restoration of a 1962 Volkswagen Double Cab pickup truck (http://62vwdoublecab.blogspot.com/) it is time to start working on the next project. The target this time is a Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. Rather than a deep restoration, I am looking for a daily driver that I can clean up and do some light customization…nothing that can not be put back to stock by the next owner.
Like the blog that was used to capture what went into the restoration of the double cab truck I will be adding content as I work on the projects to create a clean daily driver. I think I will also try to branch out and add some YouTube posts. I will be sure to put links to those in the blog.
As soon as the new project is in the garage…expect the posts to begin.
